About the Event

Course Description:

As the workplace evolution continues, it’s important to stay on top of trends that affect the trajectory of in-office dynamics. In our FREE 1-credit hour CEU course, “Dynamic Spaces” we will help you understand how trends like smaller budgets, reduction of commercial space, and real estate optimization are changing the landscape of work environments and future hiring practices. In order to attract and retain the best talent, it’s essential to embrace the culture of activity-based working and how Millennials and Gen Z-ers plan to participate in the corporate, education, government, hospitality, and retail sectors moving forward. We will also explore the importance of facilitating team collaboration, the new meaning of work-life balance, and the bottom-line drivers of healthier, happier employees. Learn how these benefits ultimately mean fewer sick days, increased productivity, and cost-savings in both benefits and staff turnover for your organization.
